These terms are an agreement between you and GuderTech, the maker of Paw & Home. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms prevail to the extent the law allows.

1. The game

Paw & Home is a puzzle game about rescuing animals and building a home for them. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

2. Coins, items and other virtual goods

• Coins, boosters, decorations, board themes and other items in the game are a licence to use virtual content inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Items can also be earned by playing; buying them is never required to finish the game.
• Consumable purchases such as coin packs are added to the progress saved on your device. If you delete the game or reset your progress, they cannot be restored. Permanent purchases can be restored on a new device with Restore purchases.
• We may rebalance prices, rewards and items to keep the game fair and fun.

3. Purchases

All purchases are made through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the game before you buy, in your local currency. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Cozy Pass subscription

• Cozy Pass is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. While it is active you can collect daily coins in the shop and your hearts refill faster.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price each month unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings, or from Settings → Manage Cozy Pass in the game. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.

5. Fair play

Please do not cheat, modify, reverse engineer or tamper with the game, exploit bugs, or use it in any unlawful way. We may withdraw items gained by doing so.

6. Ownership

The game — its code, artwork, characters, music, sounds and text — belongs to GuderTech and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not give you any rights in it beyond the licence above.

7. Game Center and other Apple services

Leaderboards, achievements, purchases and notifications are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's own terms.

8. Changes and availability

We keep improving the game and may change, add or remove features, levels or items. We try to keep it available, but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

9. Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GuderTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by deleting the game. We may end your licence if you seriously break these terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.

Bu koşullar, sizinle Paw & Home'un geliştiricisi GuderTech arasındaki sözleşmedir. Oyunu indirerek veya oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir; ikisi arasında fark olduğunda, yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde bu koşullar geçerli olur.

1. Oyun

Paw & Home, hayvanları kurtarıp onlara bir yuva kurduğunuz bir bulmaca oyunudur. Size, oyunu sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında, kişisel ve ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz.

2. Altınlar, eşyalar ve diğer sanal ürünler

• Oyundaki altınlar, güçlendiriciler, dekorasyonlar, tahta temaları ve diğer eşyalar, oyun içindeki sanal içeriği kullanma lisansıdır. Gerçek dünyada bir değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez, devredilemez ve satılamaz.
• Eşyalar oynayarak da kazanılabilir; oyunu bitirmek için satın alma yapmak hiçbir zaman zorunlu değildir.
• Altın paketleri gibi tüketilebilir satın almalar, cihazınızda kayıtlı ilerlemenize eklenir. Oyunu silerseniz veya ilerlemenizi sıfırlarsanız bunlar geri getirilemez. Kalıcı satın almalar yeni bir cihazda Satın alımları geri yükle ile geri yüklenebilir.
• Oyunu adil ve eğlenceli tutmak için fiyatları, ödülleri ve eşyaları yeniden dengeleyebiliriz.

3. Satın almalar

Tüm satın almalar App Store üzerinden yapılır ve Apple Kimliğinizden tahsil edilir. Fiyatlar, satın almadan önce oyunda yerel para biriminizle gösterilir. İadeler Apple tarafından kendi politikalarına göre değerlendirilir; reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden talepte bulunabilirsiniz.

4. Cozy Pass aboneliği

• Cozy Pass, otomatik yenilenen aylık bir aboneliktir. Etkin olduğu sürece mağazadan günlük altın toplayabilir, kalplerinizin daha hızlı dolmasından yararlanabilirsiniz.
• Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple Kimliğinizden alınır. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadığı sürece her ay aynı fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
• Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan veya oyundaki Ayarlar → Cozy Pass'i yönet bölümünden yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur; mevcut dönem bitene kadar abonelik etkin kalır.

5. Adil oyun

Lütfen hile yapmayın; oyunu değiştirmeyin, tersine mühendislik uygulamayın veya kurcalamayın, hatalardan yararlanmayın ve oyunu yasa dışı biçimde kullanmayın. Bu yollarla elde edilen eşyaları geri alabiliriz.

6. Mülkiyet

Oyun — kodu, görselleri, karakterleri, müzikleri, sesleri ve metinleri — GuderTech'e aittir ve telif hakkı ile diğer yasalarla korunur. Bu koşullar, yukarıdaki lisans dışında size oyun üzerinde herhangi bir hak vermez.

7. Game Center ve diğer Apple hizmetleri

Lider tabloları, başarımlar, satın almalar ve bildirimler Apple tarafından sağlanır ve Apple'ın kendi koşullarına tabidir.

8. Değişiklikler ve erişilebilirlik

Oyunu geliştirmeye devam ediyoruz ve özellikleri, bölümleri veya eşyaları değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz. Oyunu erişilebilir tutmaya çalışırız, ancak her zaman hatasız veya kesintisiz olacağını garanti edemeyiz.

9. Sorumluluk

Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde GuderTech, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir ve oyunla ilgili herhangi bir talepteki toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki on iki ayda oyun için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, tüketici olarak yasalarla sınırlandırılamayan haklarınızı kısıtlamaz.

10. Koşulların sona ermesi

Oyunu silerek istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ciddi şekilde ihlal etmeniz halinde lisansınızı sona erdirebiliriz.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Başka bir ülkede yaşayan bir tüketiciyseniz, ülkenizin emredici yasalarının sağladığı korumadan yararlanmaya devam edersiniz.
